Green Mountain Multisport is a community of beginner and elite multisport athletes, all working together to create a sense of community. Whether you’re planning your first sprint triathlon or attempting another Ironman distance, this is your home for crazy, like-minded, ambitious swimmers, bikers, and runners.

Members often coordinate training amongst themselves. There is a regular Friday morning swim at Indian Brook reservoir during the warmer months. Other organized activities, such as track workouts, may also be available at different times throughout the year.

Occasionally, we'll get together to cover specific multisport topics like race day vs training nutrition, bike maintenance, or transitions. It's a great way for the group to get together, and to learn from some seasoned pros.

Sometimes, we train and race too much! Occasionally we'll get together for a BBQ or another random excuse to put our feet up and hangout. Save your favorite bonking story for these.

Our Epeak app is the main hub where we communicate with each other, share group training information, and post where we will be racing. You'll get full access to it with your annual membership.

We use the Epeak app to communicate, share training and education calendars, and share where we will be racing. We also have a monthly e-newsletter that shares Member Spotlight interviews, club news, and resources about upcoming swim clinics, races, and multisport opportunities.

The annual membership fee is $75. New members pay upfront upon joining. Recurring memberships will be renewed in November each year. Membership includes access to our Epeak app and the member section of the website. The club also provides branded swag to its members such as shirts, hats, water bottles, etc. This fee also covers club maintenance costs such as insurance, website costs, and the occasional BBQ.

We host weekly group open water swims and track workouts during the triathlon season.

We have quarterly team social events at fun locations such as breweries and sports shops. We also host educational workshops on topics such as Nutrition, Bike Maintenance, and more.

No, you are not obligated to purchase a club branded racing kit, but members are encouraged to represent their team while racing and volunteering. Part of the magic of being in a club is representing your team on race day! We provide opportunities for members to purchase triathlon kits and other branded items annually.

No, you are not required to volunteer at events to join our club, but we do encourage members to give back to the community. Volunteering at local triathlon, running, or cycling races is a wonderful way to keep the vitality of multisport alive!

No, you do not need to be a USAT member to join our club. That said, our club is an officially registered USAT club, so we do encourage members to consider becoming a USAT member, as it does include many great benefits for active racers.

The club is what you make of it. We strongly encourage our members to join team events, participate in group trainings, and engage in meaningful discussion. We’re all here to socialize and learn from each other! The club thrives when our members are active participants in the community. All members will be provided an opportunity to contribute to one of our committees to help keep the club running smoothly.

No, we are a statewide club that welcomes members from all over Vermont. Currently, many of our members are in the greater Burlington area, and Central VT, but we are committed to spreading the club to Southern VT and beyond.
